We run 2 very popular AS/A2 mathematics courses.

These build upon the success of our GCSE course and extend the range of the student’s mathematical skills and techniques.

AS/A2 Mathematics involves the study of 4 pure maths modules and two applied units (statistics and mechanics) over a two year period.

AS Further Mathematics extends the A level course providing a greater depth and breadth of study of the subject.

Both courses provide academic challenge and offer excellent career options for students. Many of our students successfully gain places on degree courses for maths related degrees. There is extra support given for students wishing to study for the STEP exam paper that is a prerequisite for entry into maths degrees at Oxford, Cambridge and Warwick Universities.
